A major portion of our assignment graph is constituted by this category of inspections undertaken by UGI. Pertaining to the relevancy case-to-case, the assignments are undertaken right from arrival at Port of discharge to storage premises / yard / warehouses. We do tally, physical verification, quality check, transit supervision and stowage supervision for import consignments of Pipes, Coils, HMS, Steel Plates, Slabs etc.

General Scopes undertaken for these consignments are as under:

• Supervision of arrival and / or dispatch (to & fro) yard / Storage warehouses (depending on whether export or import)
• Tally supervision
• Physical verification / quality check
• Specified tests are undertaken in laboratory and UGI do the witnessing as per client requirements
